Complete gastronomic experience under the quiet and beautiful olive trees of Pou del Mas, one of the spaces with the highest concentration of Millenary Olive Trees in the area.
We will start with a guided tour through the Millenary Olive Trees where tranquility and nature go hand in hand. Afterwards, we will explain the oil production process followed by a tasting of local oils to understand what is behind a bottle of Extra Virigin olive oil (EVOO). Finally we will conclude with a lunch based on local products from La Jana – simple, but substantial.

Explanation of the varieties of traditional Valencian olives.
